We’re happy to announce that Fusion Alliance was named a 2021 Top Workplace USA, along with being named a Top Workplace in all locations.

This is the inaugural year for the national Top Workplaces USA award. Winners of Top Workplaces USA were selected solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous employee engagement survey issued by Energage. Results were calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
Regional lists were also based on employee feedback. The anonymous surveys uniquely measured items critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.
These awards are the reflection of our strong company culture, our talented and dedicated employees, and our inspiring leadership team. We are proud to be named a Top Workplace both nationally and regionally, as only a small number of companies have achieved these designations.
